Blushtone Cello

I fell in love with jazz and blues music at a young age and always wanted to sing it. The raw music of Ma Rainey and the smooth voice of Billie Holiday inspired me to cover songs in their style. After many open mics and playing for friends and family, I finally felt comfortable enough for weddings and special events with singing and playing cello for the past seven years. As for the Blushtone name, my parents, my biggest supporters, came up with that on a whim on a car ride when I was in college. I have them to thank for all of this. Music has always been a way for me to express myself and show my love, and I hope I can give you the same feeling at your event!
